Sistem eRespon adalah untuk Aduan, Pertanyaan, Cadangan dan Penghargaan.
Aduan PENYELENGGARAAN/SERVIS FASILITI mesti disalurkan melalui Total Asset Maintenance System (TAMS).
Aduan berkaitan INTEGRITI bagi kakitangan pula mesti disalurkan melalui sistem HROnline (Menu Utiliti > Aduan Integriti) dengan log masuk melalui Portal Kinabalu.
The eRespon System is intended for Complaints, Enquiries, Suggestions, and Appreciation.
Complaints related to FACILITY MAINTENANCE/SERVICING must be submitted through the Total Asset Maintenance System (TAMS).
Complaints related to INTEGRITY for staff must be submitted through the HROnline system (Utility Menu > Integrity Complaint) by logging in through the Kinabalu Portal.
